Monster acquires HotJobs

Monster has agreed to acquire Yahoo’s HotJobs for $225M. HotJobs has been struggling and has not been receiving as much traffic from employers or recruiters. As a result of this, job seekers haven’t been visiting the site either. I am not sure what use Monster has for Hotjobs technology, but they must have seen some value in them, right?
